Sangiovese
Originally Chianti was produce solely of Sangiovese grapes. Reverting to this old tradition, we only use Sangiovese grapes. Chianti is a bold wine with a dry and somewhat oakey finish. It should be served at cellar temperature (around 55 degrees F).  Our 2008 vintage was bottled in July and is 12.5% alcohol.  It can be consumed after only three months, but the flavors will continue to develop for up to 10 months.  

Chardonnay
We intend to produce a Chardonnay in early 2009.  More information will be published as it becomes available.

Shiraz
We intend to produce a Shiraz in mid-2009.  More information will be published as it becomes available.
