Our
cellar
is nearing completion and includes storage, a tasting area, and
production area.
The
storage area holds a modest 200 bottles. It is directly
against an uninsulated undergorund wall designed to keep the bottles
cool. As for now, most
are empties waiting to be filled.
To the right is the tasting and
production area. While we are able to make up to three different wines
at a time, we normally limit production to one.
Final plans include seeded glass doors on the wine rack and shelves above the production area.
